For Art,we read the story of the Rainbow Fish. It is a story about a fish who had rainbow colours and was considered to be the most beautiful fish in the ocean. He had silver scales that shimmer in the water. Many fishes wanted to have the same scales like he did but he didn't want to share. In the end, he learned that by giving his silver scales, he gained something more priceless: friendship.
And here are the rainbow fishes done by our class using Japanese coloured paper, hardstock paper, coloured markers and oil pastels. Each of them is different from the other. Some decided to have mermaids, flying fins and one had even hidden behind coloured seaweeds.
